We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

If item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of damaged packaging and item to nicstudio.gallery@gmail.com to be reviewed.

 

After review, you will receive a notice explaining why your request was approved or denied. Please note that NIC.STUDIO sells original artwork in which replacement is not always an option. If approved, return will need to be dropped off or shipped to our gallery in Anoka, MN.

 

NIC.STUDIO will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product such as the frame, backing, etc. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
